Introduction

Pullory (hereinafter referred to as "this Application")

This Application primarily provides card photography, card recognition, market price query, and local collection management functions. We value your privacy and process the information generated during your use of this Application in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this Application.

What Information We Collect and Why

Camera Permission

When you tap "Scan Card" and enter the scanning page, this Application will request camera permission.

Purpose of use: To enable the device camera; to photograph cards that need to be recognized; to use the photographed card images for card recognition.

This Application will only invoke the camera when you actively enter the scanning page. It will not enable the camera in the background, nor will it record video or audio.

If you decline camera permission, you will not be able to photograph cards via the camera, but you can still select card images from your photo album.

Photo or Album Permission

When you tap the album button on the scanning page, this Application may request photo or album access permission.

Purpose of use: To open the device photo album; to read the card images you actively select; to use the selected images for card recognition.

This Application will not actively browse, read, or upload other images that you have not selected.

If you decline album permission, you will not be able to select card images from the album, but this will not affect using the camera to photograph cards or other functions that do not rely on the album.

Card Images

After you photograph a card or select a card image from the album, this Application will process the image to determine whether a valid card exists in the image; recognize the card name, series, number, version, attribute, and rarity; and query the market reference price of the corresponding card.

To complete recognition, card images need to be sent via the network to [this Application's server / third-party card recognition service].

Images are used solely to complete the current card recognition and are not used for advertising or user profiling. After recognition is complete, the images will be deleted in accordance with the actual technical solution [immediately / within 24 hours].

Card Records and Collection Data

This application stores the following locally on your device: card scanning records; card names, numbers, and images; card attributes and rarities; market reference prices and update times; card collection status; scan times.

This information is used to display the home page, recent scans, collection list, and card details.

The above data is stored only locally on your device and will not be synchronized to the server. Uninstalling this Application or clearing application data may result in local records being unrecoverable.

Device and Network Information

When you use online card recognition or price query functions, the server may automatically receive necessary network request information, including: IP address; App version; operating system type and version; device model; request time and interface error information.

Our purpose in processing this information is to complete network requests, ensure service security, and troubleshoot operational faults.

Image Processing and Privacy

The card images you photograph or select may contain background content other than the cards. Please ensure that the images do not contain ID documents, contact information, human faces, residential addresses, or other personal information before uploading.

The card image processing workflow is as follows:

1. The user actively photographs or selects an image; 2. The client compresses and crops the image as necessary; 3. The image is sent to the recognition service via an encrypted network connection; 4. The recognition service analyzes the image and returns the card information; 5. The client saves the recognition results locally on the device; 6. The server deletes the recognition images in accordance with the agreed-upon timeframe. 7. We will not use card images for facial recognition, identity verification, ad recommendation, or training models unrelated to this Application. 8. If an image cannot be recognized, this Application will prompt you to retake the photo or reselect. Content that fails recognition will not be added to the scanning records.

How We Use Your Information

We use relevant information only for:

1. Providing card photography and image selection functions; 2. Recognizing cards; 3. Querying card market reference prices; 4. Displaying recent scanning records; 5. Managing local card collections; 6. Calculating local card quantities and total valuation; 7. Handling service exceptions and ensuring network security; 8. Displaying the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. 9. Without your consent, we will not use relevant information for advertising, user profiling, or purposes unrelated to the aforementioned functions. 10. Card market reference prices are for reference only, do not represent actual transaction prices, and do not constitute trading, appraisal, or investment advice.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable security measures to protect relevant information, including:

1. Using encryption to transmit card images; 2. Restricting data access permissions on the server; 3. Controlling the storage scope and retention period of images; 4. Monitoring abnormal access; 5. Deleting images in accordance with the agreed-upon timeframe after recognition is complete; 6. Storing scanning records and collection information primarily locally on the user's device. 7. You can delete data stored locally on your device by deleting card records, clearing application data, or uninstalling this Application. 8. The internet environment is not absolutely secure. In the event of security incidents such as information leakage, damage, or loss, we will take remedial measures in accordance with the law.

Third-Party Services

To complete card recognition, market price queries, app sharing, or app rating, this Application may use third-party services.

The system sharing panel is provided by the device operating system. This Application cannot control the third-party sharing platform you choose, and relevant information will be processed in accordance with that platform's privacy policy.

Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will not sell, rent, or illegally provide your information to third parties.

Your Rights

You may, via in-app features or by contacting us:

1. Access or correct account information; 2. Delete local scanning records and collection data; 3. Withdraw camera or photo permissions; 4. Cancel your account; 5. Obtain explanations related to this Policy; 6. File complaints or submit personal information processing requests. 7. We will process requests upon receipt of valid requests within the time limits prescribed by law, in principle no later than 15 business days.

Minors' Protection

This application does not target children under the age of 14 as its primary service audience.

If you are under 14 years of age, you should use this Application under the consent and guidance of your guardian. If we discover that children's personal information has been processed without parental consent, we will delete it as soon as possible in accordance with the law.

Policy Updates

When there are major changes to the information processing purposes, methods, scope, third-party service providers, or system permissions, we will update this Policy and notify you via pop-up windows or other prominent means.

Without re-notification and obtaining consent in accordance with the law, we will not use your information for new purposes unrelated to the original purpose.
